BUS431 ~ Strategic Management and Business Policy

This capstone course will examine the tools, roles, and methods of general managers in formulating and implementing business strategy in an enterprise. Students will study actual situations and case studies to gain understanding of the roles of management in policy decision making using simulation software. Emphasis is placed on the integration and application of subject matter from finance, management, and marketing courses.
